An operator who builds systems

I started in technical support — years of watching how businesses actually run: where work piles up, what people re-type all day, which "systems" are really one heroic person and a spreadsheet. That vantage point turned out to be the best possible training for automation work, because the hard part was never the technology. It's knowing which manual grind is worth eliminating and which process is load-bearing.

From support I moved into automation — first as a technical virtual assistant wiring up CRMs and Zaps, then into full workflow architecture, and now into designing and shipping AI systems end to end: agents, document pipelines, CRM automations, and the smart websites that feed them. I work primarily in Claude Code and stay versatile across LLMs and platforms.

The title on the door says AI Automation Consultant; the useful description is technical operations partner. Clients bring me a bottleneck; I bring back a system with error handling, documentation, and an owner. Less "AI magic," more operations that stop leaking.
