n8n Automation Services

n8n is my default for complex, high-volume automation: self-hostable, code-friendly, and honest about errors. I design, build, and harden n8n workflows — including AI-powered nodes — that run your operations in production, not just in a canvas demo.

Who it's for

This fits if…

  • Teams that outgrew Zapier pricing or hit Make’s complexity ceiling
  • Businesses that want automations self-hosted for cost or data control
  • Ops teams that need loops, branching, and real error handling
Scope

What you get

  • Workflow design and build in n8n cloud or self-hosted
  • Self-hosting setup: Docker deployment, backups, and upgrades
  • AI nodes wired to Claude or GPT for classify, draft, and extract steps
  • Error workflows, retries, and alerting on every critical path
  • Migration from Zapier or Make with a parallel-run cutover
Use cases

Sound familiar?

A document pipeline processing thousands of items a day

Webhook-driven workflows where a silent failure costs money

AI classification and drafting steps inside an existing process

Workflows too branchy or too high-volume for per-task pricing

FAQ

Common questions

Cloud or self-hosted n8n?

Self-hosted when volume, data control, or cost favors it and someone can own the server (that can be me, on retainer). n8n cloud when you want zero infrastructure. I run both for clients.

When is n8n the wrong choice?

Simple two-step glue between mainstream SaaS tools — Zapier wins on speed there. And some heavily visual multi-app scenarios fit Make better. I’ll tell you which before building.
